Due to the success of the last Athlete workshop we had here at the Institute, we felt the need for another one! This is a perfect follow up to the last workshop in April. More sport specific exercises will be taught and Jon's entire 15 min warm up sequence will be the focus.
Didn't come last time? Don't worry! We will still be working with beginning Somatic exercises that do not need the foundation of the first workshop. Come stop in and learn how to improve your game, reduce injury and become more aware of your body.
