Will be seeing a new client tomorrow with scoliosis. From what I remember hearing in class, Lesson 1 would most likely be the one to start with? I haven't seen this person in a long time, so I don't know how severe it is. I am going to ask her if she has xrays to bring them.

Hi Everyone,
Saw a client this morning for her first Somatics session. I did a Lesson 1. She has lots of pain in the groin area, both legs, and her right leg feels like it "locks" sometimes. She walks with no rotation, her pelvis especially.
Are we to have the participants in our Somatics 1-8 workshop complete feedback forms? I have one going on right now, with 2 weeks to go.

This was very interesting. Her second Somatics session with me. First one a few weeks ago, Lesson 1.
She came in today with shoulders very sore. She's a Yoga teacher who always over does it. This time, doing handstand, now shoulders are hurting her badly.
