Beautiful 3rd Floor Northampton Apartment

Beautiful apartment on third floor of house in nice Northampton neighboorhood.  Used by SSI students previously & frequently.  Tenants have been very satisfied.

The apartment is nicely kept, with an antique style.  

Pros include:

• 2 private bedrooms rather than needing to sleep in the common space;
• a short walk to downtown;
• yet also adjacent to one of the nicest nature preserves in the city;
• nice property
• 2 refridgerators

Cons include:

• "European" style sit-shower; i.e., the bathroom has a bathtub, with a showerhead on a hose;
• shared entrance with the landlord family (no one has had a problem with this, but we wanted to mention it);
• approximately 1-2 miles to SSI Florence office

Rented nightly and weekly.
