The 2 new books coming out — where would they be available? Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.?

[Full text of question:] The 2 new books coming out — where would they be available? On the somatics.org web site? Any other places where you could buy the books? Amazon, Barnes and Noble? etc.?

These will not be vanity press books: They will be published nationally like any other book, and available at all major outlets — both online and brick-and-mortar, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc. And of course, they will be available on our web site at somatics.org/shop.

The TV program [about Somatics] that is coming soon on We TV & Travel Channel, will it air more than once?

[Full text of question:] The TV [program about Somatics and Somatic Systems] that is coming soon, on WE TV and the Travel Channel — will it air one time or run more than once?

We are told that it will run one time each on We TV and the Travel Channel (itís certainly possible it will run more, but the contracts only guarantee one time), and will be syndicated on 24 other stations nationwide.

We have also bought the license for our feature, so we can offer it to other outlets. We will be making it available to as many viewers as we can.

Do you have an exact date for the first book?

No exact date yet, but I actually met with the author of one of the books today, just a few hours ago. As stated, he already has a publisher, but he is right now shopping a few other publishers to potentially expand the audience and profile of the book even further.

A bound copy of the finished manuscript is sitting right beside my keyboard right now, with many of the final illustrations and photographs already included. Somatic Systems is featured starting with the second paragraph of the first chapter:

When will the 4 billion restricted shares become free tradable?

All of the 4 billion restricted shares were issued since the summer of 2006, when we went public; many of them were issued as recently as this year. Restricted shares do not become free tradable for 2 years, unless the shareholder hires an attorney to produce a legal opinion — in which case the shares are still restricted for at least one year.

Based on when they were issued and to whom, most of these shares should stay restricted until Summer 2008 (less than a billion) or Spring or Summer 2009 (most of the remaining 3 billion). See below for an explanation of why I say thisÖ

Any plans to open more offices?

Yes. We have identified a number of strategic locations for office and clinic expansion, based on their current and potential markets; their proximity to important company growth projects, contacts, and institutions; and existing relationships with key personnel and their connections. In fact, based on these criteria, we already have a flexible and fairly lengthy roadmap for rollout of specific clinic locations as our business plan progresses.
