What are your plans for growing the company? and any plans for helping the PPS rise?
[Full text of question:] What are your plans for growing the company? and any plans for helping the PPS rise to where you think fair value should be for your company?
We are growing the company on a variety of fronts. Our business model has 3 basic divisions — rolling out clinics, increasing product sales worldwide, and expanding professional training programs. These basic building blocks allow us to also focus on key strategies such as work with military, athletics, and corporations — since the 3 divisions provide the services for these strategies and are in turn grown by any successes in these strategies.
In addition to those bigger strategies, as you know we are engaging in a substantially increased marketing, branding, and public awareness presence next year. These efforts are intended to grow all 3 of our divisions, in scale and revenues. This ultimately means clinics in every major city, three or more new training programs per year across the country and then in Europe, and product sales growing by thousands of percent.
Some details of growth are discussed in answers to your other questions as well, but please let me know if I can provide additional clarity on our growth plans. In a nutshellÖ
- we will continue to expand our product lines and channels for selling them;
- we will market to grow profitability in our existing clinics and training program, and grow new sites as well;
- we will continue to publish information about Clinical Somatics to expand opportunities for our products and services in new settings;
- and we will continue to add to the licenses and accreditations for our training program, so it can enroll additional demographics, have a presence in higher and higher academic settings, and raise tuitions as we provide continuing education credits for higher health professionals (doctors, nurses, physical therapists) and as our access to financial aid programs improve.
Regarding the share price, we think building the company into a strong, stable, and lucrative enterprise is one of the best things we can do for the share price (just as larger companies do on higher stock exchanges). We are also pursuing more immediate avenues for increased price per share, including continually increasing and improving our IR/PR efforts and campaigns. We believe our work on this front — to keep expanding awareness of SMAS and all that it offers — is paying off, as we currently have the highest bid strength the stock has ever seen. We continue to work on other short-term and long-term projects to build interest, support, and excitement for shareholders and potential shareholders: This includes business efforts that are particularly meaningful to shareholders, such as television coverage and partnerships with big entities; and it also includes development efforts that shareholders want to see, such as increased disclosures, full-reporting status, and up-listing to the OTCBB.
