Most of the benefits of attending Yoga classes are also available through our group movement classes, where students will expand their flexibility, breath, peace of mind, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. We also believe that our classes are a more efficient and direct way to gain these benefits. Our teachers are extensively trained to truly understand the way the muscular system and the brain and other systems interact, and can give students the most hands-on and effective methods for overcoming their challenges and moving forward. Once the principles of Somatic movements are learned, Yoga can be much more effective and fulfilling.
