Productivity Practices and Guidance; Task Management

This section of Responsibility Management specifically addresses the management of tasks and the myriad responsiblities that come across your desk each day. There is so much to do, it can be critical to use effective tools. We generally follow a "Getting Things Done" approach (also known as ""GTD").

Task Management & Productivity

This section provides information about workflow, task and project management, and general productivity. This includes advice and tips, but also specific policies and practices we utilize to improve productivity and success.

Twitter

We use Twitter as one of the many ways to communicate with our audience.

We have several accounts:

Public Relations, Customer Outreach, & Marketing

This section discusses the ways in which we proactively communicate with and market to our customers to create more awareness of, interest in, participation in Somatics & Somatic Systems Institute. We are still working to create "brand loyalty" (to the brand of Somatics and to the brand of Somatic Systems Institute), and our constant outreach to our audience and supporter gradually inserts us into their daily lives in places that we can be helpful to them (with problems that perhaps no one else has been able to help) and improve their quality of life.

The Whole Back - Somatic Drop In Class Focus for April 23, 2009

Are you new to Somatics or have you taken classes with us before? If your answer is yes to either of those questions then this class is for you! We have designed this brand new class with both beginning or advanced students in mind. This is a great way to: take your practice deeper, customize your routines, learn new movements for different areas of the body that can be done sitting, standing, and on the floor bring in your concerns and get individual attention and instruction. Each week we will focus on different areas and will take time to address individual concerns.
