If the student has not yet been shipped their Training Materials Order (or the student specifically requested pickup at training), or some of their items were back ordered, the available outstanding items are delivered to the student upon Matriculation. (At a larger training, the student may be given a coupon to bring to a textbooks store if they received any free materials, or may just be expected to go to the store on their own initiative. In a smaller training, the materials can just be handed to the student at the Matriculation desk.)
Note that the Matriculation materials does not include the student Notebook. This is not delivered to them until the first morning of class, so that they can be reviewed initially as part of orientation and confidentiality forms review and signing.
