This section discusses the ways in which we proactively communicate with and market to our customers to create more awareness of, interest in, participation in Somatics & Somatic Systems Institute. We are still working to create "brand loyalty" (to the brand of Somatics and to the brand of Somatic Systems Institute), and our constant outreach to our audience and supporter gradually inserts us into their daily lives in places that we can be helpful to them (with problems that perhaps no one else has been able to help) and improve their quality of life.
These are some steps and guidelines for conducting this ongoing relationship with the public.
