This is the first class of an 8-week series that teaches you to release unconsciously held muscles beginning at the core of the body out to the periphery.This class will introduce some basics of Somatics, and begin with the core exercises for addressing pain, injury, and inflexibility in the back and core — along with key exercises for obtaining the benefits of Somatics throughout your entire body.
