I have had a lifelong interest in the human mind and body, beginning with ten years of intensive study of ballet and modern dance at Boston Ballet School and Boston Conservatory. After leaving dance, I decided to explore my interest in the visual arts, and received my Bachelors in Interior Design from Boston Architectural Center. Evi Hofmann is a certified Clinical Somatic Educator. She is a graduate of the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Course at the Somatic Systems Institute in Northampton, Massachusetts. She also attended a three-year, full-time training at the Loheland Gymnastics Academy in Germany where she graduated as a state-certified physical educator. Natasha Boldireff is a certified Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, and Clinical Somatics Practitioner and Educator who has enjoyed teaching globally, virtually and in her community since 2005. In addition to being a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator graduate of Somatic Systems Institute, Theresa Evans holds a BSN in Nursing. In 2006, Theresa received her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus in Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy. Theresa went on to study further with Gert van Leeuwin, and was Certified in all IV Levels of Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy. Patience has been involved in the field of natural health for over 25 years and is currently practicing in Amherst MA. Her practice includes Somatic Education through Prime Somatics and The Trager® Approach, Kripalu Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage, energy work, and massage for pregnancy and postpartum. As my life, body experiences and body needs have shifted throughout the years, my training has delved deeper to include Therapeutic Yoga, movement focused childbirth education, Somatics and Trauma-Informed Resilience Practices.

My personal practice and approach to teaching has changed over the years as well. I’ve slowed down – which allows me to turn off the auto-pilot switch and learn to pause, notice and listen in new ways.  The continual practice helps me notice when I push too hard and helps me remember that there’s strength in softness.
