After an accident that left her severely incapacitated, Mary Ann discovered the healing power of Clinical Somatic Education. As a result of being restored to health by this wonderful modality, she has become devoted to bringing this "new" education to as many people as possible. In 2006, Theresa received her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus in Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy. Theresa went on to study further with Gert van Leeuwin, and was Certified in all IV Levels of Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy. In addition to being a Clinical Somatic Educator, Dave Bilyeu has been a life-long martial artist, starting in judo at the age of 6, then migrating into other traditional martial arts, and then Chinese arts in the late 60s. Sifu Dave holds a variety of black belt ranks including some high level rankings in Chinese arts. I have had a lifelong interest in the human mind and body, beginning with ten years of intensive study of ballet and modern dance at Boston Ballet School and Boston Conservatory. After leaving dance, I decided to explore my interest in the visual arts, and received my Bachelors in Interior Design from Boston Architectural Center. Boguslawa (Bogusia) Badon was born in Wroclaw, Poland where she initially studied to become a physical education instructor. However, she then decided that she wanted to combine her interest in human physiology with her love of fitness and extended her training in the direction of rehabilitation. After moving to the United States, she received her certification in physical therapy in Connecticut and Massachusetts and founded Farmington Valley Physical Therapy. As a somatic therapist and educator, I bring together a variety of formal education, specific bodywork training, and life experiences in the area of healing arts. I am a licensed massage therapist in both Texas and Oregon, with over 1400 hours in my field, and have been practicing as a full-time professional since 1987.
