Natasha Boldireff is a certified Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, and Clinical Somatics Practitioner and Educator who has enjoyed teaching globally, virtually and in her community since 2005. She loves to teach people of all ages, abilities, and stages of life who would like to move and feel better physically. When not teaching classes or private clinical sessions, she is either hoofing in a forest or is incessantly studying anatomy, movement, delving further into neuroscience, physiological processes and always pursuing what it means to be human and how to inhabit, move, breathe, nourish and care for this brilliant design we call a body through a somatic lens.
She continues to study with quite an array of world-renowned teachers. The
lineages and paths she has followed with her yoga, anatomical, biomechanical and
philosophical studies have greatly influenced the teacher she is today. Her
teaching philosophy is that we can always improve upon and shift the current situation,
no matter in which context the body and the mind find themselves.
Her students and clients have all felt the results that everything and anything can improve when key therapeutic movement principles are understood, applied, sensed and experienced. She truly believes and embodies that we can all learn and experience that ease is possible and life changing.
