I’ve been exploring different ways to improve focus and reaction speed, not only through physical exercises but also through interactive activities. One interesting tool I’ve come across is Tunnel Rush Game—a fast-paced reflex game where you navigate through a neon tunnel at high speed.
It may look like just entertainment, but it really tests hand-eye coordination, timing, and concentration. After a few minutes of playing, I noticed the same kind of mental “workout” feeling I get after coordination drills or balance exercises.
