The series will also teach you the "Daily Somatic Essentials", a sequence of exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere, in as little as 5 minutes, in order to maintain better flexibility, coordination, and balance, resulting in a decrease of the aches and pains commonly attributed to injury and aging. This class series runs for 8 weeks (every Thursday), from March 4 to April 22, 2010. We encourage you to attend all the classes in order to achieve maximum benefit, but you will still get a lot out of just attending just some of the class. Furthermore, if you do pay for the entire series of classes and have to miss a class, you will be able to make up the missed classes during future classes at no additional charge.
