As my life, body experiences and body needs have shifted throughout the years, my training has delved deeper to include Therapeutic Yoga, movement focused childbirth education, Somatics and Trauma-Informed Resilience Practices.
My personal practice and approach to teaching has changed over the years as well. I’ve slowed down – which allows me to turn off the auto-pilot switch and learn to pause, notice and listen in new ways.
