Juliana Locklin, a former dancer, is also a yoga teacher and Certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist from Bioticare.
She holds a certificate from Integral Yoga Institute to teach Yoga for Beginners, a Personal Trainer certificate from ACE (American Council on Exercise), and has also studied the Feldenkrais Method.

In 2006, Theresa received her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus in Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy. Theresa went on to study further with Gert van Leeuwin, and was Certified in all IV Levels of Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy.
