The Fundamentals course is now available in an exciting, convenient online, on-demand format, that also includes one-on-one live support and work with professors and community. This popular offering provides a best-of-both worlds experience for aspiring Somatics professionals seeking serious immersion as well a wide variety of audiences looking for a basic introduction.

While this course is a stand-alone program suited (and intended) for teachers & practitioners of other modalities to learn, apply, and incorporate the science and principles of Somatics, please also note this course is a pre-requisite for both the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Program and the Somatic Exercise Teacher training course. These programs are available independently, but are generally also offered right after Fundamentals courses, for the convenience of those students who have not yet completed it.
