Clinical Internships: From time to time, Training Program students may work in our clinical facilities. This provides developing students with a supervised practice that simultaneously affording a wider range of service levels and accessibility to client populations.
Office Internships: Students interns may also participate in a variety of office internship opportunities. Some may do so for college credit; others as work study program; and others primarily for the invaluable experiences of real-life immersion in the profession and industry of Somatics during or in preparation for their training. Often, office internship is an important facet of a part- or full-time clinical internship.
All of these programs to help build practices, skills, presence, confidence, competence, and advanced skills. Whatever the combination of internship participation, students and recent graduates are provided with the exciting and rich experience of working in the field and at the frontier on public and continuing education programs, outreach, historical preservation, workshops and events, professional development, and other important activities building the future of health care.
