Somatic Systems Institute is proud to announce their sponsorship and participation in this years Whole Health Expo 2009 in downtown Northampton, MA.
The ever-popular Whole Health Expo is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary show. As always, the Expo offers an opportunity to explore ideas, products and services that are on the leading edge of natural health, personal growth, spirituality and global change. Calling the expo "a family reunion of strangers, while there are always some new speakers, exhibitors, and attendees, it's also a community of people who return each year. Podolsky notes that the Expo offers a wonderful opportunity to sample and experience ways to enhance your life, heal your body, expand your mind, and inspire your spirit in a community setting. Talks and exhibits range from a wide range of holistic health care practices to weight loss techniques.
The event, which will offer 100 events+lectures, is scheduled for the weekend of March 7-8, 2009 at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, 1 Atwood Dr., Northampton. 1500-2000 attendees are expected. Show hours are 9:30 a.m to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 and 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 8. Tickets at the door are $12 for one-day entrance and $16 for a weekend pass. $2 less for students and seniors.
There will be lectures and events covering everything from healthy eating and yoga to psychology and alternative health modalities. Somatic Systems Institute President, Steven Aronstein, will be there as well to represent Somatics. He will be exhibiting, and speaking about Somatics, a powerful neuromuscular retraining and movement education system that helps people overcome minor chronic pains to major injuries and debilitating disorders, using pain-free, gentle, hands-on sessions and self-help exercises (in just 5 minutes a day).
