• Once we receive the pillow we will process the return and issue the customer a refund for the purchase price.
• Inform Martike (Tonia) of the return and she will credit our card or give us credit for our next order.
• Pillow is ours to keep. We can toss it or do what we want with it.

We do not pay for the return of the pillow to us, especially if it is at the fault of the customer. Special consideration for a shipping refund will be given if the product is defective.
