To process a return of a Martike Linear Gravity Pillow from a customer:

• They should return the pillow, opened or unopened, to SSI:

• Once we receive the pillow we will process the return and issue the customer a refund for the purchase price.

• Inform Martike (Tonia) of the return and she will credit our card or give us credit for our next order.

• Pillow is ours to keep. We can toss it or do what we want with it.

*Note*

We do not pay for the return of the pillow to us, especially if it is at the fault of the customer. Special consideration for a shipping refund will be given if the product is defective.
