Whichever the case, this class is for you!
Somatics 101 is a series of 8 individual Somatics movement exploration lessons, which teach you -- whatever your fitness or activity level -- to release unconsciously held muscles throughout the whole body. The series methodically works from the core outward—
freeing the back, abdomen, waist, hips, shoulders, neck, breathing and walking.
