Shopping... For those new to the work, or for those who are unable to travel, our Somatics Shop offers a wide variety of books, tapes, CDs, and DVDs, so you can experience Somatics in the privacy of your own home. Come into any of our locations and visit our Shop to browse or buy — or visit our web store — or call us for advice or to order for pickup or delivery to your home.
Classes... If you're looking to join more of a “scene”, check out our schedule of movement classes. These classes are taught by certified CSE practitioners & interns, and allow you to experience the benefits of CSE with a community of people who share your goals and interests.
Sessions... Have a nagging pain or movement issue that nothing else seems to help? Our certified practitioners and clinical interns also provide one-on-one sessions for a more tailored CSE experience. In these private sessions, your practitioner will teach you to recognize your patterns of tension, and will help learn how to relax them away — naturally, painlessly, and in as little as five minutes a day!
More... Not sure you are even ready to browse a book, much less take a class or come for sessions? The Somatics Center is the only "Genius Bar" for Somatics in the world. Come on in and ask us questions! You'll almost always find dedicated staff eager to answer your questions and explain anything you ever wanted to know about Somatics and how you can live in a more comfortable, graceful, efficient and pain-free you.
