Somatics demonstrates on a daily basis, both in the science behind it and the outcomes it acheives, that systems only work optimally as a whole; that comprehensive, or "holistic", solutions and policies are the only ones that actually work in the long-term. In essence, the all-to-overused concepts of "integrity", "wholism", and "sustainability" are all one and the same and they are realities that cannot be reduced or cherry-picked: The thing about reality is that it's real whether you believe it or not, and so we have found that these concepts apply across the board. So, if our shareholders want our company to last, our focus on sustainable practices. strategies for long-term growth and stability, is how that will happen. If we want our company to survive and last and maintain profitability, it must maintain its integrity in all of its business dealings, or it will ultimately fall apart. If we want to persist indefinitely to serve more and more clients in pain or need for longer and longer, then we must manage our business so that we can continue to operate and meet our clients needs. And, if we do not build a strategy or an equation that makes sure all parts of the puzzle, all pieces of the whole (from practitioner to client to vendor to manager) must be cared for and accounted for.
Practicing Integrity in Business Dealings
We always strive to create win-win situations for all of our clients, vendors, investment partners, shareholders, . We know that anything else is unsustainable and does not contribute to the long term goals of our company. We truly have seen that if any part of a system is cheated, all of the parts will eventually suffer
Commitment to Observation, Science and Improvement
We are deeply committed to direct observation and the use of that knowledge when determining what steps are necessary to ensure positive outcomes. We use direct observation of our actions and outcomes to help determine where and how to correct our course. This holds true in our work with clients, our creation of office policy and procedure, the improvement of our Training Program Curriculum, and all of our business dealings.
