Walk-in/Phone Orders
1. Sign into our effortlesse based site using Firefox. Click on the "orders" tab to pop up the drop-down menu. Choose "walk in/phone order" and click that tag.
2. Enter all required information into the bold fields, and follow on-site instructions to proceed.
3. Enter the product(s) the customer wishes to purchase by MODEL NUMBER. (If you do not know the model number, it is best to open a product search page in another tab or window. Searching for products on the "order info" screen does not work.)
4. Enter the customer's payment information. If they are paying with a credit card, it may be best to simultaneously enter the information into Authorize.net to ensure the payment is accepted. This is especially important in walk in orders, as once the customer has left with the product it is more difficult to enforce payment in the event of a declined or unauthorized credit card.
5. In the event that the order is a phone-in order, you will need to pack and ship the order as well as processing it. We ship using the USPS. Be sure to include the following:
1. an invoice
2. a receipt
