Maybe we need to take into account how EffortlessE works with gift certs first; or maybe they have a whole set of instructions to use instead. Or maybe we merge together some sort of combo version of the two.
If we do a FAQ for it, I think it makes sense for all the pages of the faq to actually just be on this one page, with a faq list at the top; so when you click on a topic in the faq list, you just get jumped down to that item on the same page. I know how to do that; I can show you.
