There are a number of office supplies we have found work best for us. When an office supply order is made, and of these type items need restocking, these particular brands/sizes/specifications should be chosen whenever possible under normal circumstances.

This lighter weight, lower cost, higher recycled content is what we use for normal business printing. Unlike our premium paper (see below) which needs to stay consistent for our Training program manuals, this paper can be changed if we find better value, source, and/or environmental friendliness as time goes on. The higher the recycled content the better, as long as it still looks white, is acid free, and can handle color.

This paper has a very high brightness level as well as the heavier weight preferred for important double-sided business transactions and correspondence, presentations and other public documents that must look professional. It is the ideal and standard paper for printing our Professional Training Program manuals, and so having it in the printers means that all trainee manuals and materials are consistent (many other papers look yellow and/or thin by comparison). It should also be used for printing final, permanent archive/minutes book copies of Corporate minutes, resolutions, and contracts.
This paper handles color laser printing and is acid free. This paper is kept in the our fancy paper tray in our main laser printer.
Please Note: This paper was a replacement for a paper from Great White with almost identical specifications (it may have been 94 Brightness). That paper was perfect, as it had all the same benefits, but was also very high recycled content and one of the lowest priced papers we could find. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago, this paper and/or brand was discontinued. If another alternative with these additional benefits comes along, we should consider making that our standard for premium laser printer paper.
- Ballpoint Pens: Papermate FlexGrip Elite - Blue or Black ink, Medium or Fine point, Retractable
Make sure the retractable kind is purchased, not the kind with the removable cap, as the retractable kind is easier to open and the cap can't get lost. We go through these fairly quickly, unfortunately, as they tend to run off with visitors when they leave.
