Next Steps

There is much more to come, but taking all these steps will not only help you and the marketing of your profession significantly, but it will prepare your business for all the future steps and marketing opportunities that will come. Here are some additional things you start doing right now...

  • To market and connect to other, related audiences, post in the Somatics group on LinkedIn.
  • To maintain connections and morale within your own community, post in the Somatics Professional forums on the Somatics.org website, and in the Somatics Professionals group on LinkedIn.
  • To market to everyone and build awareness of you and what you do, post on the Somatics Facebook page whenever possible. Add interesting links and news, respond to people’s questions, direct them to our forums if their questions are challenging, etc. Until there are people posting questions much, inspire awareness of Somatics as an answer to their unspoken questions by posting information about their likely problems: Post a note about how Somatics helps back pain, a link to an article on our website or one of your colleagues’ websites about shoulder injuries or stretching, etc. This will inform people and encourage them to think about Somatics next time they wonder about those and related topics.
  • Post your classes on our website in the community Events calendar, and post them on your Facebook Page. Post as many things as you can on your website and our Somatics Facebook Page and yours about Somatics, and link those postings back to something else, like your website, our Somatics Facebook Page, etc. etc.
