SMAS - news), a leader in the field of pain management, is proud to announce the success of their new web site, http://www.somatics.org. With an extensive structural and design overhaul of the site completed in September, including a brand new e-commerce engine and web store, Somatic Systems is aiming to build a robust and nationwide presence for their Clinical Somatics enterprise of products, treatments and professional training. The company is already starting to see these results.
Somatic Systems, Inc. (Launched a little over a month ago, the web site has already seen an increase in product sales -- with revenue from product sales up 15% as of this week, as compared to year-end figures last year.
Additionally, traffic to the site has increased dramatically. Alexa.com, the web traffic tracking and ranking company, shows traffic ranking of somatics.org growing from approximately 950,000 highest traffic site to 417,000 highest traffic site -- meaning that Somatics.org has now surpassed an additional half-million other web sites in the amount of traffic that comes to the site.
This gain is an important event for somatics.org, with the sites of the nearest competing treatment to Somatics now ranked at 1.5 millionth -- over a million sites below somatics.org in amount of traffic received. Somatic Systems' gains come after earlier changes moved their site up from approximately 3 millionth site to 1.5 millionth and then to 1 millionth.
Traffic rankings also show reach for somatics.org (the amount of global internet users visiting the site) increasing 88% over the past 3 months; and number of unique page views per user per day increasing by 264%.
These gains have been seen with no additional marketing, advertising, or sales efforts. The company has not yet launched its national branding and marketing campaigns, and instead has worked through referral and leveraging its existing customer base.
"Somatic Systems always tries to take a stable approach to growth, building sound fundamentals in the company while growing the company, to achieve long-term success and indefinite returns," stated Steven Aronstein, CEO of Somatic Systems, Inc. "Rebuilding the entire infrastructure and interface of our web site, point-of-sale, sales databases, and customer relations management was an important and deliberate back-end move for us that has already seen front-end gains in revenue and consumer awareness. With our year of aggressive marketing just ahead of us, this very fast growth is only the smallest sign of great things to come for Somatic Systems."
