The Space

Wood floors enhance this bright studio unit on part of the second floor of my 1913 home in pedestrian-friendly Florence—a borough of Northampton. Guests have their own private entrance via an outdoor set of stairs, a full kitchen, and a bath with a deep clawfoot tub. (There is no shower.) Open floor plan helps create a sense of space similar to an efficiency-style apt., and original art graces the walls throughout. 

Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen but ask ahead for specific needs. Bathroom has a drawer of hotel freebies should guests forget something. There is a binder with local maps, bus schedules, etc. I can garage bicycles.

I respect our mutual privacy, but look forward to greeting guests on arrival and then am always available by cell or email. 

An established pedestrian-friendly mixed-use neighborhood with residences and offices. Easy walk to downtown Florence with stores and cafés offering all the basics. 2 miles to downtown Northampton, just a 5 minute drive, or 45 minutes max walk via bike path. 

There are private transport services from Bradley airport. 
I offer up to 2 off-street parking spaces. 
We are 3 blocks from local bus stops (PVTA)
