Yes, we intend to up-list to the OTC Bulletin Boards in 2008.

We believe the smartest strategy for building a strong public company from the Pink Sheets is to concentrate on stabilizing the fundamentals of both the public and operational sides of the company — to increase company value and stock value through both business growth and a steady progress toward higher stock exchanges.

Our first steps in the up-listing project were to reorganize our internal accounting practices to make them most suited to auditing and full reporting; we did that. Our next steps were to provide maximum financial disclosure; we did that. We published all historical financials dating back to the time we went public (this was not necessary for Pink Sheets — all we needed to be rated current in our financials was to report the previous quarter).

We are now investigating auditing firms to begin the process that will make us fully reporting and ready to move up to the Bulletin Boards and beyond.
