According to the NASD, the symbol and name change will take effect at the commencement of trading on August 21, 2006. The Great Outdoors, Inc. has also changed its name to Pivotal Technology, Inc.

The Company expects to operate under this symbol for a short period of time, until they change their name to Somatic Systems, Inc. and file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to obtain a new ticker symbol.
