The printed informational materials, forms, and preliminary reading materials provided to students upon enrollment for third semester (i.e., once the student submits the completed enrollment form and pays tuition deposit):

• Start time, location, matriculation time, etc.
• Academic prerequisites and instructions
• Textbook order form

Tuition installments payment forms are not necessary, as full tuition was billed as one payment.
