The Whole Back - Somatic Drop In Class Focus for April 23, 2009

By Somatic Systems Institute Classes & Workshops
Are you new to Somatics or have you taken classes with us before? If your answer is yes to either of those questions then this class is for you! We have designed this brand new class with both beginning or advanced students in mind.

This is a great way to:

• Take your practice deeper,

• Customize your routines,

• Learn new movements for different areas of the body that can be done sitting, standing, and on the floor

• Bring in your concerns and get individual attention and instruction.

Each week we will focus on different areas and will take time to address individual concerns.

This week's focus will be the whole back - upper, middle and lower. We will also work with other issues but we will pay particular attention to this area.

Class will be held every Thursday from 7-8PM starting April 23, 2009. Each week, the focus of the class will be posted online (Somatics.org, Facebook, Twitter) or you can call us to find out.

Cost: $12 per class. Normally we charge $15 for a drop in but for this special series of classes we are only charging $12! That's right, stop by any time you feel like doing Somatics and you only have to pay $12! Click the link below to register: http://somatics.org/shop/classes/dropin_class_2009 [1]
