If you have wanted to try Clinical Somatics or have any chronic pain, postural issues, or discomfort that you would like to try to approach from a different way, now is a good chance! This is also very helpful for dancers, athletes, or those engaged in other wellness practices to enhance those experiences.
You will receive a free one-to-one session, just like you would receive if you went to see a practitioner privately- the only difference is that the session is observed by a few classmates and instructors.
Private sessions in Clinical Somatics are a very efficient, effective way to acheive long-lasting, sustainable relief from pain, injury, stress, and other conditions, as well as to enhance overall health and wellness.
