Somatic Systems, Inc. Begins Accreditation Process for Masters and Doctoral Degrees

(SMAS - news) is proud to announce it has begun the process to become the first accredited school of professional training in Clinical Somatics. Accreditation of Somatics Systems means that the school will be formally recognized as an institution of higher education and eligible to offer accredited academic degrees, such as Masters and Doctoral degrees.

Accreditation of an academic institution is conducted by a regional accreditation agency. For Somatic Systems' geographic region, that agency is the New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NEASC). Somatics Systems has hired dedicated staff to conduct this important in-depth process.

Accreditation will be a significant move for company not only because of the great prestige in and of itself, but because Somatic Systems will be the only accredited degree-granting training program for Clinical Somatics worldwide.
