Somatic Systems, Inc. Continues Graduating Classes From Its Professional Training Program

NORTHAMPTON, MA — (Marketwire - July 16, 2007) — Somatic Systems, Inc. (SMAS - news) graduated their third and fourth classes of the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Program at 4:00 PM today. The training students in both classes have completed three years of training and testing, and were certified as full practitioners of Clinical Somatics, the pain relief and neuromuscular training system offered at Somatic Systems' clinics.

Graduates of the Professional Training Program can work in clinical settings to help with chronic pain, injuries, and joint and muscle problems, as well as help athletes, dancers, and others to improve flexibility and physical strength, agility, and performance. Certification in Clinical Somatic Education also enables practitioners to work in any of Somatic Systems' Clinic locations nationwide.

This class' graduation year comes right after the beginning of the fifth training program, the Class of 2008, with an impressive increase in enrollment by 50%. To date, all five classes have increased enrollment by approximately 50% over each previous class. Additionally, the company is readying to begin the sixth Training Program this fall.

"Our growth strategy consists of a three-part plan to roll out Somatics clinical locations across the country, sell self-care Somatics products worldwide, and to expand our professional training programs to generate practitioners to work in our clinics and elsewhere. The graduation of these two classes marks an important milestone in our implementation of that strategy, as we seek to increase awareness, revenue, and clinical facilities," stated Somatic Systems, Inc. CEO Steven Aronstein.
