Pressure of Pandiculation
There seems to be a fine line of how much pressure to use in an assisted pandiculation. The "10" for one person, of course is different for another. The idea is to contract fully in order to lengthen fully in the pandiculation, yes? However, if someone has the range in means whereby, but when the muscle is contracted it incurs pain, we back off from that pressure, and move on from there. Ideally gaining length by pushing right up to that pain limit, hopefully moving it father away with time. So the person's "10" is less than what it COULD be. Likewise, if the client is stronger than the practitioner, a "10" for them is too much for the pract., & has to back off. Again, that person's "10" is less than it could be. In either of these cases- is that an effective "full" contraction? Is the "hold" in the equal "10" (client & pract meeting in pressure) where the brain gets the communication connection, so it doesn't matter the pressure?
