
I've been noticing lately that even when I take a break, I don’t actually feel rested. Like, I’ll sit on the couch, scroll through my phone or maybe watch a show, but afterward I still feel tense or anxious. It’s like my mind doesn’t really know how to stop running.
So I’ve been wondering — what do you actually do when you want to relax? Not just “take a break,” but really wind down and feel mentally lighter. Also, if you’ve found anything that helps you manage stress in a consistent way, I’d love to hear about it. I’m open to different ideas, even if they’re unconventional. Just trying to find a healthier rhythm where I don’t constantly feel like I'm behind on everything, even during downtime.
